And let’s be honest, when it comes to croissants, nobody does it quite like Costco. Their buttery, flaky croissants are the ultimate base for this indulgent creation, making it easy to turn a simple dish into something extraordinary.

The magic starts with Costco’s croissants, which are soft yet crisp, light yet rich in flavor. We’re going to transform these golden, flaky delights into crispy cones that can hold all that creamy, egg-filled goodness without falling apart. You can prep the cones ahead of time, making this dish perfect for a no-stress gathering or an impressive party appetizer.

Now, for the egg salad itself—let’s talk creamy. We’re talking perfectly hard-boiled eggs, a luscious blend of Japanese mayonnaise and dijon mustard, with a few secret ingredients to keep things interesting (hint: a little jalapeños goes a long way). The texture of the egg salad is silky smooth, but with just enough crunch to balance out the rich filling. A dash of salt and pepper finishes it off, creating a satisfying flavor profile that pairs beautifully with the tender croissant cones.

To assemble, simply spoon the creamy egg salad into your freshly baked croissant cones, making sure each one is generously stuffed with that velvety goodness. You’ll want to be sure every bite delivers the perfect balance of buttery croissant and creamy egg salad, and trust us, these cones will not disappoint. Serve them up on a platter, and watch as your guests ooh and ahh at your culinary creativity. They’ll be wondering where you’ve been hiding this genius recipe all along.
