Ingredients

  • 2 lb 2 shrimp with head on and shell

  • 2 lb 2 snow crab legs

  • 1 lb 1 petite potatoes

  • 2 2 corn on the cobs

  • 1 1 sausage link (I like kielbasa)

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 chicken broth

  • Spicy Garlic Sauce
  • 5 5 heads of garlic

  • 2 cups 2 unsalted butter

  • 1 cup 1 chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp 2 garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp 2 onion powder

  • 2 tbsp 2 paprika

  • 2 tbsp 2 cayenne pepper

  • 2 tbsp 2 salt free lemon pepper seasoning

  • 2 tbsp 2 cajun seasoning

  • 2 tbsp 2 brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp 1 tajin

  • 2 2 bay leaves

  • 1 tbsp 1 Red Hot Wings Sauce

  • 1 1 lemon

  • 1.5 tsp 1.5 fish sauce

  • Dipping
  • 2 tbsp 2 lime juice

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of pepper

Directions

  • Wash potatoes, cut corn on the cob into 3-4 inch pieces, slice sausage. Add potatoes, corn, sausages, and ½ cup chicken broth to Instant Pot and pressure cook on HI for 4 minutes, quick release the steam. Add in shrimp and crab legs. Pressure cook on HI for 1 minute and quick release the steam. (You do not want to overcook the shrimp).
  • Mince garlic and to a pan on medium low heat, add butter, minced garlic, bay leaves, and all seasonings. Simmer for 1 minute, add hot sauce, chicken broth, and juice of a whole lemon. Stir and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  • Pour sauce over the cooked seafood. Have lime juice, salt, and pepper for dipping.
