Seafood Boil

Comments are Disabled

If I was on death row, my last meal would be a big tray of seafood boil. That is how much I love this dish. I’m not the biggest seafood girly, but if it’s covered in this garlicky, spicy, buttery sauce, then heck yes give it all to me! I It’s so simple to make at home and most of the work is chopping up the billion of garlic cloves which is actually not that bad if you invite friends over for a seafood boil party and give them the executive role of garlic peeling. I was already a big time Costco fan, but after discovering how affordable and good quality their seafood is like shrimp, mussels, clams, and crabs are, I will only be buying my seafood boil essentials from them now. I think the reason why I’m obsessed with this dish is because I get to shamelessly use my hands (all ten fingers) to eat which is so fun.
