Ready to elevate your dessert game with a twist on a classic favorite? Enter Magnolia Banana Pudding Croissants, where the iconic banana pudding from Magnolia Bakery meets the buttery, flaky magic of Costco croissants! If you’re a fan of banana pudding (who isn’t?) and love croissants (who doesn’t?), this combination is like a match made in dessert heaven. Think creamy banana pudding filling tucked inside soft, pillowy croissants, baked to golden perfection, then topped with a sprinkle of crushed Nilla wafers for that nostalgic crunch. It’s the ultimate fusion of two beloved treats, and trust me, one bite will have you hooked!

Using Costco croissants as the base might sound like an unexpected shortcut, but it’s truly genius! These croissants are already buttery, soft, and perfectly flaky—essentially the perfect vessel to hold that rich, velvety banana pudding filling. The best part? Costco croissants are so big and buttery that they turn into an even more decadent treat when transformed into banana pudding croissants. It’s like you’re combining a pastry and a pudding all in one, making it an irresistible dessert that feels fancy without the fuss. Who said convenience can’t taste amazing?

Making the banana pudding filling is just as easy as it is delicious. You start with the classic Magnolia Bakery recipe—layers of creamy vanilla pudding, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped cream. It’s the kind of pudding that’s so smooth, you’ll want to eat it straight from the bowl (no judgment here!). Then, you slice your croissants and spoon a generous amount of this creamy goodness inside each one, layering in slices of ripe banana for that perfect balance of sweetness.

Once baked, it’s time for the fun part: stuffing the buttery croissants with the fluffy creamy banana pudding and Nilla wafer topping. Crushed Nilla wafers sprinkled on top give these croissants that classic banana pudding crunch, adding texture to every bite and bringing the whole dessert together. The contrast between the smooth, creamy filling and the crisp croissant is pure bliss, while the Nilla wafers just push it over the top. It’s a simple yet totally indulgent dessert that takes all the best elements of banana pudding and elevates them in the best way possible.

These Magnolia Banana Pudding Croissants are perfect for everything from casual family brunches to special celebrations. They’re easy to make, fun to eat, and guaranteed to impress anyone who takes a bite. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Magnolia Bakery or just love finding fun ways to use croissants in new ways, this dessert will quickly become a favorite in your kitchen. Sweet, creamy, and flaky—this dessert has it all!
