Ingredients

  • 1 lb 1 shrimp

  • 1 1 pack of pancit noodles or any stir fry noodles you prefer

  • 1 1 head of garlic

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 green onions

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cilantro

  • 1.5 tbsp 1.5 soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp 1 fish sauce

  • 1.5 tbsp 1.5 oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp 1 sugar

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 water

  • 1 tbsp 1 sriracha

  • 1 tbsp 1 sesame oil

  • 4 tbsp 4 butter

  • 1 tsp 1 garlic salt

  • 1 tsp 1 garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 pepper

Directions

  • Clean your shrimp by cutting off the legs and whiskers and deveining while keeping the shell on. You may remove the shell but I like to keep it on with the head. In a pan, add 1 tbsp of butter, tsp of minced garlic, and shrimp. Season shrimp with garlic salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Sear shrimp on medium – high heat until there’s nice char marks. Remove from the pan when the shrimp is not 100% cooked yet.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, water, sriracha. Add 3 tbsp of butter to the same pan and the rest of the minced garlic, sliced green onions, noodles, and sauce. Cook until the noodles have soaked up the sauce. Throw the shrimp back in and put a lid on for 20 seconds to fully cook the shrimp.
  • Top off with more green onions and cilantro.
  • Enjoy!
