Two Ingredients Fruit Popsicles

If you’ve ever dreamed of a summer treat that’s as refreshing as it is pretty, these 2-ingredient fruit popsicles are about to become your new obsession. They’re made with just Chi Forest Sparkling Water and your favorite fresh fruits like mango, strawberry, pineapple, and lychee. That’s it! No added sugar, no complicated steps, just bubbly, fruity goodness frozen into a colorful pop. They’re ridiculously easy to make and even more fun to eat.

The real star here is the Chi Forest Sparkling Water. It adds that fizzy, lightly sweetened vibe that elevates these popsicles from plain frozen fruit to something you’d proudly serve at a summer party. Depending on the flavor you use (hello, lychee or white peach!), you can match or contrast with different fruits to create layers of color and taste. It’s like customizing your own edible summer palette.

What makes this recipe a winner is how customizable it is. Want tropical? Go with pineapple and mango. Feeling fruity and flirty? Try strawberries and lychee. The combinations are endless and since Chi Forest comes in so many vibrant flavors, you can really mix things up every time you make a batch. Plus, they look like little pieces of art in their molds, making them super Instagrammable.

You don’t need any fancy equipment either. Just a popsicle mold and a few minutes of prep. Slice your fruits, drop them into the molds, top off with Chi Forest, and freeze. The sparkling water helps the fruits suspend beautifully in the molds so each bite has a little sparkle and texture. And trust me, once you’ve had fizzy popsicles, there’s no going back.

Whether you’re lounging poolside or just trying to beat the heat with something fun and light, these sparkling fruit popsicles are the ultimate lazy-day dessert. They’re healthy-ish, hydrating, and totally kid and adult-approved. So grab your Chi Forest, chop some fruit, and get to freezing. Summer just got a whole lot cooler.

Ingredients

  • 1 can 1 Strawberry Chi Forest

  • 1 can 1 Lychee Chi Forest

  • 1 can 1 Orange Chi Forest

  • 1 can 1 Peach Chi Forest

  • 1 cup 1 strawberries

  • 1 1 mango

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 lychee

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 pineapple

  • 2 tbsp 2 honey (adjust for sweetness)

Directions

  • Blend the fruit:
Add all the chopped fruit to a blender, blend separately. Pour in 1/2 can of Chi Forest and blend until smooth. You can blend in batches if needed depending on your blender size. My favorite blends:

1/2 can orange Chi Forest + mango
1/2 can strawberry Chi Forest + strawberry
1/2 can lychee Chi Forest and peach Chi Forest + lychee
1/2 can orange Chi Forest + pineapple
  • Taste and adjust:
Give it a taste. If it needs a little extra sweetness, blend in a touch of honey.
  • Pour into molds:
Carefully pour the blended mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a tiny bit of space at the top to allow for expansion as they freeze. You can mix blends and experiment with different flavors.
  • Insert sticks and freeze:
Add the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until solid.
  • Unmold and enjoy:
Run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds to release. Pull out gently and enjoy the fizzy, fruity goodness.
