Ingredients

  • 1 1 box of InnovAsians General Tso’s Chicken

  • 4 4 rice papers

  • 1 1 big seaweed sheet

  • 1.5 cups 1.5 cooked white rice

  • 1/2 1/2 avocado

  • 1 1 jalapeno

  • 1 tbsp 1 furikake

  • 2 tbsp 2 frying oil

  • Spicy Mayo Dip
  • 2 tbsp 2 Kewpie mayo

  • 1 tbsp 1 Sriracha or chili oil

Directions

  • Prepare General Tso’s Chicken per instructions on the box. Slice avocado and jalapeño. Cut seaweed sheet into 4″x2″ rectangle pieces.
  • Run each rice paper under water. Stack on one piece of the seaweed, add a layer of cooked rice, sprinkle on furikake, add sliced avocados, General Tso’s Chicken, and slices of jalapeños. Wrap it up tight by pulling from side to side and rolling from top to bottom. The rice paper should be flexible to work with after 1 minute.
  • On a pan, heat up oil and add each rice roll to crisp up on all sides.
  • Mix mayo and sriracha for dipping.
