Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb 1/2 shrimp

  • 4 slices 4 milk bread or any white bread

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 baking soda

  • 1 tsp 1 garlic salt

  • 1 tsp 1 garlic powder

  • 1 tsp 1 onion powder

  • 1 1 egg white

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 pepper

  • 1 tsp 1 cornstarch

  • 1 tsp 1 sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp 2 green onions

  • 1/8 tsp 1/8 msg

  • 1 tbsp 1 oil

  • Sweet and Spicy Sauce
  • 4 tbsp 4 ketchup

  • 2 tbsp 2 oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp 1 soy sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp 1/2 rice vinegar

  • 1.5 tbsp 1.5 sugar

  • 1 tbsp 1 sesame oil

  • 1.5 tbsp 1.5 gochugaru

Directions

  • Devein, peel, and mince shrimp into paste.
  • Mix shrimp, baking soda, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, egg white, pepper, cornstarch, sesame oil, and green onions.
  • Cut off the crust of milk bread slices and smear the shrimp paste evenly on.
  • Brush oil onto the outside of the sandwich and air fry at 350F or 176C for 10 minutes and flip half way through.
  • Mix ketchup, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and gochugaru.
