Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb 3/4 shrimp

  • 4 sticks 4 imitation crab

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 thawed frozen scallops

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Japanese or regular mayo

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 whipped cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 sour cream

  • 3 tbsp 3 milk

  • 1 tbsp 1 soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Italian cheese blend

  • 2 tbsp 2 green onions

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 pepper

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 paprika

  • 1 1 baguette or French bread loaf

  • sweet chili sauce

Directions

  • Peel, devein, and chop up shrimps, chop up imitation crab and scallops. In a bowl, combine seafood, cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, milk, soy sauce, paprika, pepper, green onions, and shredded cheese.
  • Slice baguette into 1 inch thick pieces. Scoop the seafood mixture onto each slice and top off with a whole shrimp, more cheese, and paprika. Bake in the oven at 400F degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the bread is golden and toasted. Broil on high for 1 minute to get the cheese crisp on top.
  • Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the seafood dynamite toasts.
