Korean Sweet and Spicy Potatoes

Comments are Disabled

Not all side dishes are created equal. Potato anything is top tier in my opinion and these Korean sweet and spicy potatoes are no exception! They’re sticky, savory, and spicy – what more can we ask for in a side dish? Be careful though, I was so full after eating these that I didn’t have room for my main.

I love a quick and delicious appetizer and these are the perfect bite size snack for anyone. With ingredients you probably already have at home, you can whip this up in less than 20 minutes.
