Ingredients

  • 2 lbs 2 Korean short ribs

  • 1/2 1/2 Korean pear

  • 1 1 small ginger

  • 1/2 1/2 onion

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 mirin

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 water

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp 1 cayenne pepper

  • 10 10 garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp 1 sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together except sesame seeds
  • Rinse beef short ribs in water and marinate in a bowl or bag with the marinade for at least 12 hours in the fridge
  • Cook on pan or grill and sprinkle sesame seeds
  • Enjoy!
