Green Onion Chili Oil Noodles

I love making this dish on days I don’t feel like cooking up a feast but still want a delicious and satisfying meal. After a long day of work, I just want to spend 15 minutes tops in the kitchen and relax with a hot meal and my favorite Netflix binge show. The hot oil makes all the spices and garlic so fragrant, it’ll have your neighbors asking what’s for dinner. You can top this noodle dish with any leftover protein or fried egg. This dish is very customizable with measurements of ingredients being very forgiving. This is just how I like my noodles, but feel free to adjust to your liking.
