Ingredients

  • 4 4 chicken thighs

  • 2 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 all purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp 1 garlic salt

  • 1 tsp 1 paprika

  • 1 tbsp 1 garlic powder

  • 1 tsp 1 cayenne pepper

  • 1 tbsp 1 siracha seasoning

  • 1 tsp 1 pepper

  • 2 cups 2 panko bread crumbs

  • vegetable oil for frying

Directions

  • Pound out chicken thighs to an even flat piece
  • Combine eggs, flour, seasonings (use half of the seasonings for wet batter and half for panko)
  • Mix seasonings into panko bread crumbs
  • Dip chicken thighs into wet batter then panko bread crumbs
  • Heat up frying oil to 350 F or until there are bubbles on your wooden chopstick when you stick it in. Fry chicken Katsu until golden brown
  • Enjoy!
