Ingredients

  • 3 3 sweet medium sized onions

  • 1 tsp 1 sugar

  • 8 oz 8 cream cheese

  • 8 oz 8 sour cream

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 mayonaise

  • 1.5 tsp 1.5 garlic salt

  • 1 tsp 1 onion powder

  • 1 tsp 1 garlic powder

  • 1 tsp 1 paprika

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 pepper

  • 2 tsp 2 Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 1 jalapeno

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 chives

  • 2 tbsp 2 fried shallots

  • 2 tbsp 2 butter

  • 1 tbsp 1 vegetable oil

Directions

  • Slowly caramelize sliced onions on the pan with oil, butter, and sugar over medium low heat, stir occasionally, and cook until the onions are jammy and caramelized
  • In a bowl, combine soften cream cheese, sour cream, mayonasie, seasonings, chives, Worcestershire sauce, and caramelized onions
  • Top the dip with more chives and fried shallots
  • Enjoy!
