My obsession has been those Samyang Buldak spicy Korean instant noodles. I think I just created the most perfect snack to go with a nice cold glass of beer or coke. It is crispy, spicy, and oh so addicting! These are spicy noodles wrapped in rice paper and seaweed, then fried to perfection. The rice paper and seaweed layer combo takes the crunch to a whole new level. How can something so simple be so delicious? You’ll have to find out!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack 1 Samyang Buldak Spicy Noodles

  • 2 2 nori sheets (seaweed sheets)

  • 6 6 rice paper

  • 3 3 mozzarella sticks

Directions

  • Cook noodles according to package
  • Run rice paper sheet under room temperature water and cut seaweed sheet into thirds
  • Place rice paper down, add the seaweed sheet, noodles, cheese stick in-between, and wrap it up
  • Fry in oil until crispy
  • Enjoy!
