It’s no secret girls love flowers, but if you made these beef enoki mushroom bouquets for your girl, she would fall in love instantly. These enoki mushrooms wrapped with thinly slice beef simmered and soaked in a sweet savory soy sauce based broth will be the best thing you’ll put in your mouth all week. They go perfectly with white rice or wide thick chewy mung bean noodles, or even a packet of instant noodles. I used thick chewy noodles in my recipe and oh my god it soaked up the juices so nicely. This is an easy delicious dinner idea for you to impressive anyone who tastes it.
